Keenan Lofton-Noland Trail 2

Even though we didnt go out on the Noland Trial twice this semester, I usually go and run the trail about twice a week. During running it last week I decided to stop at the dock that stretches out over the lake and just sit there for a little bit. When sitting there I realized that it was hard for me to experience nature because i wasnt directly in nature. I was sitting on a man-made dock, which in listening to class discussion can take away from the experience of nature.
