Keenan Lofton- noland trail #1

When we as a class walked on the Noland trail earlier this semester, I had a hard time trying to connect and interact with nature. I wasnt quite sure on what to do. Do I just stand there and wait for nature to speak to me or do I look around trying to find something that will help me interact with nature?
After walking on the trail for a good amount of time I finally was able to experience nature when I just stood and stared out at the lake. Here I was standing on the bridge and I saw these ripples in the water. When I followed the ripples to find the cause of them it was pretty obvious that a stick about 15 feet away had caused the disturbance. When realizing this I was able to see that everything in nature has a cause and effect
